LOCATION: The lodging house is located in a quiet area of Primorsko, 65 km from the airport, only 5 minutes walking distance from the sandy beach and within easy walking distance of many bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. CLIMATE: The climate is similar to the Mediterranean - summer is sunny and warm, with average temperature of air in May +20°C, in June and September +25°C, in July and August +26-28° degrees centigrade, warm soft weather with a long swimming season from May till October is characteristic. The breezes and the forests refresh the air in the daytime, and the nights are cool and pleasant. The unique nature is favorable for a long tourist season. Waves gently lapping the shore, or crashing onto the cliffs. Soft breezes coming off the water, so the temperatures always just right.

   The town has two beaches, the Northern and the Southern ones. Lying about 55 km south of Bourgas, Primorsko is Bulgarian sea resort situated by two bays along the southern black sea, with two 4 km. strips of beaches backed by natural golden sand dunes, which are regarded as the best beaches along the coast. The vast beach, clean sea and gently sloping sea bottom have propelled the swift growth of the town into a competitive tourist destination. The wide beaches along the sea, the quiet river, the thick forest turn the resort into one of the most romantic beautiful spots along the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

      ACCOMMODATION: In the Lodging-house are 3 floors, with 4 two-room and 8 one room dwellings. The bedrooms are with the double and a single bed or with three beds. In every dwelling there are: television sets in every room; fridge, WC+shower. Some rooms are with balcony (Nr13, Nr23, Nr33 - eastern, Nr16 - western), another area (Nr14, Nr15, Nr24, Nr34) are northern (to the sea). Some rooms are with the satellite television, another area with cable television.
